Dear Nick,  

First of all, I am very sorry that this email took me so very long to write but, I guess, better late than never.   I wanted to thank you for your exemplary work in selling my sister Rosemary's coop.  I know it was not an easy task.  To be honest, I was appalled the first time I stepped into the place and saw what a disaster it was.  To your credit, you far exceeded anyone's expectations with the time and effort you devoted to selling it for her.  My sister, as you have heard, had a stroke 4 1/2 years ago and it left her paralyzed on one side.  She needs help now 24/7 and couldn't get out to see the place herself.  You have helped take a tremendous burden from her shoulders.  Her finances have dwindled due to her needs and she would have lost the place if it hadn't been for your determination to help.  You are a blessing and I thank God that He led my sister to you.  You truly went above and beyond the call of duty.   Physically she is the same but she now has one less problem to handle.  Thank you for your patience and understanding and for your wonderful work ethic.  We truly appreciated everything you did to help.
